A name or location entered in a search feature is sent to the outside provider that operates that feature. We do not retain those search terms as a site-side search log.
Messages
If you send a message or email, we retain the details needed to respond. Those details are not shared outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement calls for it.

Like most websites, the service may receive routine technical details during a page visit, including:

- the referring page, when available; and

Links can lead to Sheriff, court, corrections, custody, legal-information, and third-party search services. Their privacy practices govern after you leave this site, so read their notices before providing information.
For Real County, those resources include Sheriff Nathan T. Johnson’s Office, the county’s Public Information Act contact route, and the District Clerk. A person transferred after a county case may instead need the Texas Department of Criminal Justice search. Each destination has its own privacy terms.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to observe activity across websites for interest-based advertising. That activity is governed by the partner’s policies.
Limited disclosures
We do not sell personal information. It may be handled by the following parties when needed for the stated purpose:
- search partners that process a submitted query;
- analytics providers;
- advertising networks; and
- law-enforcement or government bodies responding to a valid legal order.
